For instance, the sensing speed is stably set at 1 mm/s, and the welding speed is controlled between 0.25 - 1.5 mm/s. Meanwhile, leveraging Melt-Match technology, the Melt-Match percentage is adjusted to 2% - 7% (2% - 5% for some products) based on different products, ensuring tight and firm welds and avoiding risks such as leakage during product use.


2.Compliance with Strict Molding Specifications: Welding machines meet the special molding requirements of medical plastics. Only compatible materials with a melting temperature difference within 30°F and a melt flow index difference within 10% are selected for welding. The use of regrind is minimized; if necessary, its proportion shall not exceed 25%. Additionally, mold release agents are prohibited to prevent material components from affecting the safety of medical products.


3.Adherence to Industry Compliance Standards: The welding process and finished products can meet the FDA 21 CFR Part 11 safety standards. Advanced cycle/graph data collection and production analysis functions enable full traceability of the entire welding process, providing data support for the quality control of medical products.
