Description FEATURE BENEFIT SPEC
The ZB Series Filter End Cap Welding Machine is an automated spin welding device developed and manufactured by ZhenBo.
Its core function is to achieve precise welding between "plastic end caps of filter elements and filter paper," mainly applied in the end cap sealing process of various filters (e.g., air, water, and oil filters).

1. Heating System: Precise Control for Diverse Needs
Adopts infrared heating technology, paired with a voltage regulation module for accurate temperature control, eliminating temperature fluctuations common in traditional heating methods.
Key parameters with wide adjustable ranges: Heating time (0~99.99s), cooling time (0~99.99s), and motor speeds of left/right stations can be independently set. This allows compatibility with welding requirements of filter elements with different materials (e.g., plastic end caps with varying melting points) and specifications.


2. Structure & Transmission: High Strength + High Precision for Stable Performance
The frame is constructed with A3 square tube steel welded structure, with the surface treated by grinding, pickling, and painting;
Transmission components undergo CNC machining to ensure precision, followed by chemical plating;
Door panels are formed by CNC bending/punching. The overall structure is sturdy, deformation-resistant, and features an attractive, durable appearance.
All moving parts are driven by air cylinders, combined with positioning guide pillars, to achieve "stable movement + precise positioning" (e.g., coaxiality error between end caps and filter paper ≤0.1mm), avoiding welding defects caused by transmission deviations.
3. Control & Operation: Dual Modes + Visualization for Convenience & Safety
Supports dual operation modes (manual/auto):
A. Manual mode allows independent adjustment of fixture strokes (e.g., clamping, releasing, and rotating of left/right stations).
B. Auto mode requires simultaneous pressing of left and right start buttons to operate, preventing misoperation risks (4, 5). Equipped with a touchscreen interface that displays real-time device status (green = in position/started; red = not in position/not started) and production counting. It supports parameter setting (unlocked with password "8888") and production reset, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly operation (5, Figure B-F).
A built-in red emergency stop button stops all actions immediately in case of emergencies and automatically resets when released, ensuring operational safety (2.3, 5).
